John began as an office junior working his way up through the roles to become the Director of a thriving family business.

Steve has been an Estate Agent for over 40 years. He joined John Cottis and Company in 2002. As Company Manager, Steve oversees the running of the office and works closely with his team to ensure an efficient service. You will be hard pushed to find such a consistent team that has the wealth of experience and knowledge of the local area and will provide you with an honest and accurate valuation of your property. With a friendly and personable approach and a "can do" attitude Steve strives to offer an unrivalled quality of service to make the home moving process as smooth and pain free as possible.

Victoria has been an Estate Agent for over 30 years; working weekends with her dad John Cottis, then full time upon finishing her education. She ensures the smooth running of all internal operations.

Neil has been with John Cottis & Company since 2004 and has been involved in Estate Agency for over 25 years, giving him a wealth of experience and a vast knowledge of properties in the local area; he is a keen negotiator who is always on hand to ensure clients are given the best service. Laura has been with John Cottis & Company since 2002 and enjoys her busy role as Steve's PA. She brings many years experience to the company. Laura helps Steve to make the best use of his time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks. She also ensures that once instructed our properties are fully marketed in the office, sent out via email and advertised on all websites so we reach every potential buyer.

Clayton joined us full time in 2025 .

He is the grandson of John Cottis and worked weekends during his education. Over the years he has gained knowledge and understanding of the way we operate.

His main role is liaising with vendors and purchasers; arranging viewings and then accompanying them. He is always ready to answer any questions you may have.

Ruby joined John Cottis & Company in 2020 bringing with her a wealth of Lettings knowledge. She immediately fitted in with our team who are dedicated to providing a fantastic service as she has the same virtues of being helpful, honest and straight forward. She has a good understanding of both managed and let only properties and ensures both the landlord and tenants are happy.
